Investment Fund Acquires Land in Marbella for €50 Million

The investment fund Platinum Estates, with headquarters in Hong Kong has recently acquired 170,000 square meters of land in Las Chapas, Marbella with 600 meters of beachfront.

The plot was sold for €50 million and the investment fund plans to invest another €150 million to develop the plot.

The project envisions a five-star hotel resort with 120 luxury villas in a typical Mediterranean village style and its own beach club.

Platinum Estates has also made investments in Madrid and Barcelona with Marbella being the first project that the investment group has embarked upon in southern Spain.
